  • Documentation: Provide necessary documentation that outlines your business practices, personal or corporate values, and any relevant policies or actions that demonstrate alignment with our criteria.

TWO: Initial Review

  • Preliminary Check: Our team conducts a preliminary review to ensure that all required documentation is provided and that the initial application aligns with our core values.
  • Feedback: Applicants receive initial feedback, including any additional information needed to proceed.

THREE: Detailed Assessment

  • Comprehensive Evaluation: A thorough evaluation of the applicant’s practices, policies, and public statements. This includes an analysis of business operations, employee policies, marketing strategies, and community engagement.
  • Site Visit (if applicable): For businesses, a site visit or (virtual site visit)may be conducted to verify that the practices align with the values stated in the application.

FOUR: Interview Process (if needed)

  • Interviews: Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, including business owners, management, and employees (for businesses) or a detailed personal interview (for individuals).
  • Discussion: Focus on understanding the motivation behind the applicant’s stance, their commitment to neutrality or anti-woke principles, and their future plans.

FIVE: Certification Decision

  • Review Board: Our review board, comprising experts in various fields relevant to the certification, assesses the application, documentation, and interview outcomes.
  • Decision: Based on the comprehensive evaluation, the board makes a decision. Successful applicants receive their certification, while those who do not meet the criteria receive constructive feedback and are invited to reapply after addressing the identified gaps.

Six: Certification Award

  • Certificate and Badge: Certified members receive a physical certificate and a digital badge that can be displayed on websites, social media profiles, and physical business locations.
  • Directory Listing: Successful applicants are listed in our public directory of certified individuals and businesses, increasing their visibility among like-minded consumers and partners.

SEVEN: Ongoing Compliance and Renewal

  • Annual Review: Certified members undergo an annual review to ensure continued compliance with our standards. This involves updating documentation, re-interviews, and potentially another site visit.
  • Renewal Process: Certification is renewed based on the outcome of the annual review. Continuous alignment with our principles is mandatory for maintaining certification.
